How to Apply for our Income Restricted Apartments

A table lists income-restricted units in the lottery, including details such as the number of bedrooms, rent, and whether they are built out or have impairments.
A table showing maximum incomes based on household size and area median income percentages.

Lottery applications are NOW CLOSED. They were available between available 60 days, from April 29, 2025 - June 29, 2025

We are now accepting applications First Come, First Serve for our 60% AMI Studios, all our 100% AMI apartments, and 80% AMI Studio.
